Job Description: An excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful National Governing Bodies in the UK Sport High Performance System has arisen. Aquatics GB is the organisation that oversees Aquatics sports in Great Britain – Diving, Swimming, Para Swimming, Artistic Swimming and Waterpolo.

Aquatics GB is seeking a Performance Centre Coach to work with the Diving programme at the highly successful Sheffield Performance Centre.

Diving GB is one of the most successful Diving nations in the World following a historic Paris 2024 Olympics securing five medals. The Sheffield Performance Centre hosts some of the World’s best divers with four Paris Olympic medallists currently training at the centre and an exciting crop of other high performing divers also based at the centre.

We are at the start of the LA 2028 Olympic cycle, so this is an exciting time to join Aquatics GB as we look to build on the unprecedented success of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The Performance Centre Coach will provide world-class standard coaching to an identified group of divers at the Sheffield Performance Centre, to ensure success on the international stage.They will work collaboratively with the Performance Centre Lead Coach and other employed coaches, to ensure that the programme is fully aligned to deliver transition from junior to senior successThe post holder will play a key role in supporting the Performance Centre Lead Coach to embed and develop a high-performance culture at the performance centre, championing a winning well ethos and positive coaching behaviours across all programme activity.
