Job Description: AoC Sport is inviting applications for the role of Hockey Assistant Coach to support our national England Colleges representative team programme. We’re looking for an experienced individual with a strong understanding of talent identification and a solid knowledge of hockey within Further Education. Applicants should have excellent comunication skills and experience working with players and coaches at FE/ College level.

The England Colleges representative teams have been running for over 20 years, offering a unique and exciting platform for gifted hockey players to compete at national level and represent their country in both domestic and international fixtures.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, ending in July 2027, with the possibility of a further extension thereafter. There are 4 positions available.

This voluntary role involves travel and overnight stays during the season (October 2026 - July 2027), as part of trials and fixtures across the UK and abroad.

Please note the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
