We’re looking for an energetic and driven Venue Supervisor to lead one of our tennis venues in Wandsworth and play a key role in its growth and success.This is not just an operations role, it’s an opportunity to shape a thriving tennis community. You’ll play a key role in supervising the venues, supporting and growing our coaching programmes. You will champion operational excellence, and ensure every player and coach enjoys a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment. As a member of our busy Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for: -Day-to-day venue management and administration-Programme coordination and operational oversight-Promotion, development and community engagement-Supporting coaches and delivering excellent customer experienceWe’re looking for someone who:-Has some experience of working in a sports/ leisure or similar setting-Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering customer service aligned with company values -Has some venue or programme management experience -Communicates confidently and professionally-Is organised, punctual, committed, and team-oriented -Has a genuine passion for sportThis is a hand-on role so you will be expected to work in-person at our venues across South London and to be available for regular evening and weekend shifts. A uniform and training will be provided.We also welcome applications from more experienced candidates who would be a great fit for a venue management role.
