Our Culture and Leadership and Talent and Development teams at UK Sport are passionate about growing capacity within the high-performance community to support current and future performance.
We aim to develop best practice in supporting sports programmes, and the people within them, to live vibrantly through thriving communities that perform sustainably.
We are committed to bringing out the brilliance of our performance people by connecting and developing individuals, teams and the wider community. Additionally, we also notice there is work to do to ensure we are a diverse and inclusive population, where there are huge opportunities on the journey ahead. There are a range of activities available to support sports on their performance journey and there is a clear intention in our work to deliver meaningful and inspiring experiences.
