Jude Kelly CBE, Artistic Director of the Southbank Centre, has been announced as the fourth and final panel member for the independent review into British Cycling’s World Class Programme by the panel’s Chair, Annamarie Phelps CBE.
Kelly has been appointed as the independent, non-sport member to assist and advise the panel during the assessment of information, key findings and the final recommendations phase. She brings with her a wealth of experience of working with world class performers from across the arts.
