We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Event Sales Administrator to support the successful delivery of the Youth Sport Trust Conference & Exhibition, one of our flagship national events. Each year, the Conference & Exhibition brings together hundreds of leaders from education, sport, health and business to shape the future of children's health and wellbeing through sport and play. This exciting, fixed-term opportunity has been created to provide additional capacity during the planning and delivery of the 2027 Conference & Exhibition, with responsibility for exhibition sales, delegate and exhibitor administration, customer communications and event delivery.

Working closely with colleagues across the Events, Finance and Commercial teams, you will help ensure exhibitors and delegates receive an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to attendance at the conference.

You will be confident communicating by phone and email, able to build positive relationships with exhibitors, delegates and colleagues, and comfortable using systems and databases to maintain accurate information. A key part of this role is making outbound sales calls therefore previous experience and confidence in this area is beneficial.

You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach. You will be able to manage multiple priorities, remain calm and professional under pressure, and work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.

Our values underpin everything we do, and we pride ourselves on a culture that supports innovation, collaboration, inclusion and personal passion. Benefits include a generous annual leave entitlement, health cash plan, employee assistance programme and volunteering days.
