You will:• Build strong national and local partnerships to advance our mission.• Manage funded projects and contracts, ensuring they deliver measurable impact for young people.• Champion youth leadership by supporting schools and educators to embed best practice.• Deliver key national events within the Young Ambassador calendar.• Collaborate with Sport Wales, local authorities, Sports Partnerships, and National Governing Bodies of Sport to strengthen collective impact.You’ll play a key role in growing our reach and influence in line with the Vision for Sport in Wales and the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive through play and sport.To succeed, you’ll bring a strong understanding of Wales’s sport and education landscapes and proven experience providing development support or thought leadership in these sectors. You’ll be confident working collaboratively with young people and partners, with a good understanding of youth leadership, coaching, and volunteering.
