Job Description: Yorkshire Rugby Academy are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to support on the delivery of our Foundation Phase programme. Please note, that this role will require weekend, evening or unsociable hours of work.

Some key responsibilities include:

Deliver high quality coaching sessions at our Foundation Phase centres
Plan and deliver fun, appropriate and purposeful coaching sessions for curriculum and
extra curriculum delivery in our partner schools.
Continue to develop and manage the strong relationships established with local
schools, clubs and community organisations.
Attend Academy meetings as necessary.
Continue to develop your skills and knowledge.
Be a strong, consistent example of all the Academy’s values and vision.
Promote, maintain and uphold the standards of the Academy.
Any other reasonable requests.
Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of our culture and core values – This Rose Means Everyone: Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other.
Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation.
