As a Sports Tour Director, you’ll play a vital role in bringing these experiences to life. You’ll accompany student-athlete groups on their travel programs, guiding them through every step of their journey—from arrival to departure—and ensuring every detail is seamless, enriching, and fun.

What You’ll Do
As a Sports Tour Director, you are the key on-the-ground leader and point of contact for our travel groups. You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of each tour, ensuring an exceptional experience for every participant. Every tour involves stadium tours, friendly fixtures, coaching clinics, attendance at professional matches, and local sightseeing.

Your role will include:
• Welcoming and accompanying groups throughout the duration of their tour
• Coordinating travel logistics including airport arrivals, hotel check-ins, training sessions, fixtures,
and excursions
• Managing and following the itinerary while adapting plans when needed
• Providing clear communication, leadership, and problem-solving on tour
• Representing WorldStrides Sports with professionalism, energy, and care
• Ensuring the safety, satisfaction, and enjoyment of all group members

What We’re Looking ForOur ideal Sports Tour Director is:

• Passionate about football, travel, and youth development
• Friendly, confident, and highly organized
• Able to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• A clear communicator with strong leadership and people skills
• Comfortable managing group logistics and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Available to travel for up to 9 consecutive days across the UK and internationally

• Compensation: Earn up to £1100 a week.

• Tour Duration: Up to 9 days

Please note that this is a seasonal position and that WorldStrides is seeking Tour Directors primarily for Spring and Summer 2026. Please indicate the approximate dates when you would be available to lead
tours during these months.
