Contract type Fixed Term (Part time) Closing date 12 November 2025 Interview date 25 November 2025 Job Description Wiltshire FA is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a passion for coach development to join the team as a Casual Coach Developer.Location: Home and various locations across Wiltshire.Salary: £30ph.Vacancy Type: Casual Contract. 90 hours per contract. Closing Date: 5PM Wednesday 12 November 2025 (please note that applications may close earlier than the advertised date if a sufficient number of applications has been received).The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting t the County FA in delivering high-quality, accessible coach development opportunities, working closely with the Wiltshire FA Football Development team, 2-and 3* Accredited Clubs and Leagues. The role combines the creation of tailored coaching resources, with the delivery of engaging CPD sessions that meet the specific needs of local coaches.Key Accountabilities:- Work collaboratively with other Coach Developers to design a Coach Development Playbook of practical session ideas, activities, and guidance tailored to 2- and 3-star clubs.- Develop and manage positive relationships with 2-star and 3-star England Football Accredited clubs by engaging key club leaders and Coaching Leads.- Support clubs in their development of a club specific Coach Development plan/programme that reflects FA Learning principles and prioritises the long-term development of people as well as football outcomes.- Deliver Coach Developer Training for Club Coaching Leads across the County in line with the FA Coach Developer Framework and supporting materials.- Plan and deliver CPD sessions in partnership with County FA and FA staff, as well as local youth leagues & clubs.- Work with the Club Development Lead and Club Development Support to coordinate session dates, venues, and communications with clubs and leagues.
