Wheels for All is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Activities Support Worker – Cycling to help deliver inclusive cycling sessions in Braintree, Essex!

💰 Pay: £12 per hour + 12.07% holiday enhancement
🕑Hours: Primarily Mondays 3.45pm-6pm (term time), Mondays 9.45-12.30 (school holidays) and occasional Saturdays 9.45-12.30
📍 Location: Braintree, Essex (travel expenses reimbursed)

🚲 What You’ll Do:

Assist in delivering fun and inclusive cycling sessions at our community hubs.

Work with diverse participants, volunteers, and local partners to create a welcoming environment.

Ensure bikes are safe and well-maintained (training provided if needed!).

Promote health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles through cycling.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

A passion for inclusivity, community work, and cycling!

Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different groups.

Some experience as a Ride Leader (or willingness to learn).

Basic bike maintenance knowledge (or an interest in learning).
