Job Description: Welsh Triathlon are recruiting for an exceptional coach who can deliver outstanding daily training environment coaching at our established Performance Centre in Cardiff.

This role arises due to internal promotion, and will be responsible for leading the delivery of Development Squad, helping athletes to achieve their full potential through great coaching and holistic athlete development, while ensuring alignment and support across the whole
Centre programme. The successful candidate will also liaise with our university and home nation partners on the recruitment of athletes and maximisation of BUCS performances, while ensuring a seamless transition to the Centre.

If you have a passion for developing people and delivering great sporting experiences, then we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have proven track record of coaching and athlete development in one or more of the constituent disciplines, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to learn and improve themselves and others, along with an understanding of the demands of student-athlete performance sport.
