Job Description: Welsh Triathlon are recruiting for an exceptional coach who can deliver outstanding daily training environment coaching at our established Performance Centre in Cardiff.

This exciting new role provides a unique opportunity for an aspiring performance coach to gain applied coaching experience by supporting delivery across the full spectrum of performance activity, have a real impact on the development of athletes in our programmes, all whilst being supported by the experienced coaching team to develop their technical skills and expertise.

If you have a passion for developing people and delivering great sporting experiences, then we would love to hear from you. There is a wide range of potential candidates, including recent graduates in sports science and/or coaching, or retired performance athletes in triathlon or one of the constituent disciplines. However, your experience is less important than your personality, as we are most interested in finding the right fit for the team, and are looking for someone who clearly demonstrates a passion for the sport, the ability to proactively learn and improve themselves and others, and the potential to maximise their development in the role.
