Performance Centre Lead Coach Organisation Welsh Triathlon Salary £32-35kpa (dependent on experience) Location Cardiff Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 30 June 2025 Interview date 9 July 2025 Job Description This role will be responsible for leading the coaching and practitioner team at the Centre, and providing the coaching expertise, environment and culture required to deliver exceptional athlete development, especially for junior and U23 athletes (18-23yo) targeting championship team and world-class programme (WCP) selection. The successful candidate will also liaise with our external stakeholders, including British Triathlon, Sport Wales and our partner universities, to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and seamless recruitment and transitions from across the Home-Nation pathway programmes.
