Job Description: Location: Watford Ladies FC Training Grounds
Reporting to: Technical Director / Club Secretary

Core Responsibilities:
Session Delivery: Plan and lead high-quality, age-appropriate coaching sessions aligned with the club's philosophy.
Player Development: Provide constructive feedback to players to improve technical, tactical, and social skills.
Match Day Management: Lead the team during fixtures, managing substitutions and tactical adjustments.
Safeguarding: Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all players, ensuring all welfare protocols are followed.
Professionalism: Act as a role model for the female game, representing Watford Ladies FC with integrity.

Candidate Requirements:
New Coaches: A passion for the game, a willingness to learn, and an FA DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Experienced Coaches: Minimum FA Level 2 (UEFA C) preferred, with a proven track record of player development.
All: Strong communication skills and a "player-first" mentality.
