The Head Coach will play a vital role in the planning and delivery of the teams’ activities, as part of the wider Worcester Wolves ‘Family’ of Teams.As the Head Coach of the Women’s Premier League team, initially the post holder will work closely with the franchise Lead Coach, franchise Directors and British Wheelchair Basketball in the preparation for the upcoming season.The post holder will work in partnership with the British Wheelchair Basketball HPP Performance Support Team in areas including the development of multi-disciplinary periodised performance plans. They will play a key role in optimising training and recovery plans for GB athletes, while fostering a positive, learner focused performance environment that balances the pursuit of excellence with psychological safety. the successful candidate will be working towards, or preferably, have obtained a Level 2 basketball related qualification and have an understanding of the Higher Education Environment.
