Job Description: Sport and Active Lifestyle oversees 35+ student-led sports clubs at the University of Chester, supporting a vibrant and inclusive sporting community.

As part of our growing coaching team, we’re excited to recruit a Lacrosse Coach to support our well-established and ambitious Women's Lacrosse Club.

The club has an excellent membership ranging in abilities and compete in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Northern Tier 3.

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate coach who is committed to enhancing the student experience through sport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with university athletes and make a meaningful impact on both participation and performance. Whether you're newly qualified or looking to build your coaching experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with university students and make a real impact on both participation and competitive sport.

As a sports coach, you’ll support enthusiastic players of all abilities and help shape the future of sport at Chester. Clubs train twice a week, and we ask that coaches commit to attending at least one session weekly. Final training days and times will be confirmed shortly.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Coaching Field Lacrosse
Availability to coach at least one session per week.
Training times to be agreed with the club in the coming weeks.
