Regional Sports Services Officer (UK Sports Institute) Organisation UK Sports Institute Salary £37,951 p.a Location Sheffield Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 2 August 2026 Interview date 18 August 2026 Job Description The OpportunityThe UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a full time Regional Sports Services Officer to work in Sheffield.A snapshot of the roleWithin the designated region, the Sports Services Officer is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facility, supporting the management of sport embedded UKSI practitioners (not line management), and ensuring the consistent delivery of operational standards including Health & Safety, CQC compliance, and safeguarding.The postholder acts as the on-the-ground point of contact for UKSI facility usage (offices, gyms, clinics, meeting rooms etc.), manages site operations, and supports the Regional Sport Services Manager to ensure services run smoothly.
