Job Description: A snapshot of the role

This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in the performance journey of some of the world’s best triathletes. Working in close partnership with coaches and the Performance Support Team, the postholder will help shape, deliver, and evaluate cutting‑edge physical health services that directly influence Olympic and Paralympic medal success.

Based at the Loughborough Triathlon Centre, you will lead physiotherapy provision for elite Olympic triathletes there (0.4 FTE) and support world‑class Paratriathletes (0.2 FTE) alongside the Lead Paratriathlon Physiotherapist. You’ll work daily with athletes who have already achieved podium success, and those on track to do so, contributing to their preparation, long‑term availability and performance projects to deliver world‑leading performance when it matters.

The role may also extend to supporting remote World Class Programme athletes, with opportunities for international travel to training camps and major competitions.
