You’ll oversee budgets, manage business systems and planning, coordinate travel, facilities and logistics, and lead the contracting and deployment of our Associate and Alumni pools.You will also shape the systems, processes and operations that keep the L&D function running smoothly, ensuring all learning experiences are efficient, cost‑effective and delivered to a high standard. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with colleagues, partners and suppliers to bring our learning and development strategy to life.This role is central to ensuring that impactful, high‑quality learning experiences reach the High‑Performance Community.Who will I be working with?You’ll work closely with the Learning & Development Solutions Lead, facilitators, the Associate/Alumni networks, and internal teams across UK Sport to ensure every programme is operationally ready and delivered seamlessly.About youYou’re someone who loves making things work smoothly behind the scenes. You bring strong experience in business operations, administration or service coordination, along with confidence in managing budgets, contracts and digital business systems. You’re highly organised, calm under pressure and skilled at juggling multiple priorities — from travel and logistics to supplier coordination and process improvement. You enjoy supporting others, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, and solving operational challenges creatively and efficiently. You care about creating high‑quality learning experiences and are motivated by running efficient, reliable and cost‑effective operations that help people thrive. Experience in an L&D or professional development environment is helpful but not essential.
