You’ll manage UK Sport’s investment into the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established for the event, ensuring funding is used effectively, transparently, and strategically. This includes overseeing financial assurance, supporting governance, and representing UK Sport across event subgroups to ensure alignment with national ambitions and best practice.Beyond this flagship event, you’ll contribute to UK Sport’s broader Mega Events strategy, offering expert advice on feasibility, budgets, benefit assessments, and commercial arrangements for future hosting opportunities. You’ll work closely with partners across government, sport, and international stakeholders, helping shape the UK’s global reputation for delivering impactful, inclusive, and world-class sporting experiences.This is a Fixed Term contract until 31 March 2028.About YouYou’re a confident and collaborative professional with experience in managing public investment and delivering major events.
