About the role

This is a maternity cover position, for up to 12 months.

Do you want to be part of a brilliant, highly collaborative, and purpose-led team that will directly shape the British Olympic and Paralympic sporting system on and off the field of play?

As a Sport Advisor, you will build trusted relationships with UK Sport partners receiving development investment on both their performance activity and their NGB (National Governing Body)’s organisational health.

In your performance capacity, you’ll provide support and guidance to NGB support personnel to enable the successful implementation of their performance strategy. You'll also work alongside CEOs and Boards on the organisational health agenda (as defined by our Organisational Health Diagnostic).

Career graded roles have been introduced to encourage appointments to be made on potential and therefore diversify the talent available to UK Sport. Performance Advisor (PA) and Sport Advisor (SA) posts, including Leads, are career graded roles. The details and process behind being appointed to a career graded role will be discussed at interview and all appointments will be made within the advertised salary band.
