Establish thorough inventory list of the existing facilities and sports equipment for each of the 9 match venues and all pre-selected training centres

Procure and contract the sports equipment company to equip all team facilities and competition areas for each of the 9 match venues via an RFP process

Request all match preparation sports equipment and material in relevant UEFA platforms and ensure timely shipment of all required items at the 9 match venues and training centres

Support the recruitment and training of all competition & pitch area coordinators

Extensive knowledge of elite football/sports facilities within the UK & Ireland

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships with senior figures

Experienced in major event planning and delivery

Experience with procurement of sports equipment

Proven communication skills and ability to deliver high quality written reports & presentations

Willing to travel on a regular basis across UK & Ireland and in possession of a full driving licence
