About TRI-FIT

TRI-FIT is an independent British performance sports brand specialising in premium triathlon and endurance apparel and equipment.

From award-winning tri-suits and technical racewear to swimming, cycling, running and custom teamwear, we're building a brand recognised for innovation, quality and performance.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious people who want to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of TRI-FIT.

The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Brand & Marketing Lead to help drive the next stage of TRI-FIT's growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role at the centre of the business, bringing together brand development, product launches, digital marketing, content, campaigns, partnerships and performance into one coordinated strategy.

You'll work directly with the founder and closely with our Community & Athlete Manager, creative partners and external agencies.

We're looking for someone who understands both brand and commercial performance — someone who can develop a strategy, execute campaigns, analyse results and continually identify opportunities to improve.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage TRI-FIT's marketing calendar and campaign planning.

Coordinate new product launches across all marketing channels.

Manage email marketing through Klaviyo and campaigns through the TRI-FIT App.

Coordinate organic social media, content and brand communications.

Manage external Google Ads, paid media, SEO and PR partners.

Analyse marketing performance, customer acquisition costs, ROI and customer behaviour.

Plan photography, video, product and campaign shoots.

Work closely with our Community & Athlete Manager to maximise athlete, affiliate and event content.

Identify PR, media, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Help develop and maintain TRI-FIT's premium brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

About you

We're looking for someone with approximately five or more years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a consumer-facing brand.

You'll bring:

Proven experience across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels.

Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting marketing data.

Experience managing campaigns, budgets and external agencies.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

A strong creative eye and understanding of premium brand positioning.

A proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.

Experience within sportswear, endurance sport, fitness, ecommerce or premium consumer products would be advantageous.

You don't need to be a triathlete. We're looking for an excellent marketer who understands brand, product and customer acquisition.

Why join TRI-FIT?

This is an opportunity to play a central role in the growth of an ambitious independent sports brand.

You'll work closely with the founder, influence the direction of the brand and see the direct impact of your work.

We're a small, collaborative team where ideas move quickly, initiative is valued and there's genuine scope to grow with the business.

Location

This is a full-time, office-based position at TRI-FIT HQ in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.

This is not a remote or hybrid role.
