Why Trafford Leisure?

Our purpose is simple and powerful: to inspire and create opportunities for the people of Trafford to move more every day and live longer, healthier and happier lives.

As a social enterprise, we reinvest into our facilities, programmes and communities rather than paying shareholders. Everything we do is focused on creating healthier people, stronger communities and greater opportunities for local residents.

We are an ambitious organisation with a clear social purpose, committed to inclusion, innovation, and working collaboratively with partners, communities and colleagues to make a positive difference across Trafford.

Setting up activity areas and equipment to meet programme requirements.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the centre.
Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
To Be Successful in This Role

You'll have:

A valid Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
A passion for providing excellent customer service.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

This position is 36.25 hours per week, averaged across a rolling rota which includes morning, evening and weekend shifts.
