Movement is central to everything we do, because we believe it is a catalyst for better health, stronger communities, and positive life outcomes.We are an ambitious organisation with a clear social purpose, committed to inclusion, innovation, and working collaboratively with partners, communities, and colleagues for the benefit of our Trafford community.The RoleThe Project Manager will play a key role in delivering Trafford Leisure’s transformation and investment programme.You will lead projects that support our strategic priorities and help create modern, inclusive leisure spaces for our communities.Working across the organisation and with partners, including Trafford Council, you will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple projects and programmesDefine project scope, objectives, and success measures with stakeholdersDevelop and manage project plans, including risks, budgets, and timelinesBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external partnersProvide clear reporting to support decision-makingSupport organisational change through effective communication and engagementAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager who is passionate about delivering meaningful change.You willHave experience delivering projects in a structured environmentBe confident managing full project lifecyclesUnderstand project management methodologies and how to apply themBe a strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levelsHave excellent organisational and analytical skillsBe adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focusedA relevant degree or equivalent experience is essential.
