Job Description
Trafford Leisure has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join the team.

Location: Customer Hub, based at Altrincham Golf Course, WA15 7LP

Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (3 days per week)

Contract Type: Initially a six‑month fixed‑term contract

This ambitious programme will see the portfolio of leisure centres transformed into fit-for-purpose, accessible, inspiring spaces under a new brand of “move” for future generations to come.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in Trafford Leisure’s operations, with a strong focus on managing our membership direct debit processes. As a Systems Administrator, you will help ensure income processes run smoothly and accurately while supporting the business systems that underpin our services across all sites.

Based in our Customer Hub, you will work closely with teams across the organisation, combining systems administration, data accuracy, and problem solving to support colleagues and deliver great experiences for our customers.

The role offers flexibility on working days; however, you will need to be in work for three days prior to direct debit collections on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Key Responsibilities of Systems Administrator:

Process membership direct debits twice monthly, ensuring accuracy and successful reconciliation
Manage ADDACS and AUDDIS reporting, investigating and resolving changes and cancellations
Maintain accurate, secure, and GDPR-compliant customer and membership data
Support and maintain Trafford Leisure’s core business systems, including Gladstone
Respond to and resolve system issues, providing clear and timely support to colleagues
Support system configuration including products, pricing, memberships, and updates
Create clear guidance and learning materials to help teams use systems confidently
About You:

Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and interpret data accurately
Experience using business systems in an operational or customer‑focused environment, with confidence learning new systems quickly
Experience handling direct debit processes, or similar payment, billing, or reconciliation activity, with a high level of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when maintaining customer and membership data in a GDPR‑compliant way
Clear and supportive communication skills, with the ability to explain system processes simply and help colleagues use systems effectively
Experience with Gladstone 360 is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
