Job Description
Trafford Leisure is on the lookout for a Lifeguard to join the team.

Location: move Altrincham

Hours: Full Time, 36.25 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Our new centre is now open and features a state-of-the-art Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25-metre swimming pool, a 20-metre learner pool, and a high-tech gym and wellness space.

About The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensure the safety of our swimming customers by providing lifeguard support.
Meet and greet customers, checking them into the centre for activities.
Prepare activity areas and equipment to meet the day’s programme needs.
Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the centre.
To be successful in the role of Lifeguard:

You’ll have:

A Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Qualification
A commitment to our values of Making a Difference, Being Open and Honest, Valuing Diversity, and bringing Energy and Empathy to everything you do.
Working Pattern:

Our lifeguards work on a rota basis over a two- to three-week cycle. This includes a mix of early and late shifts, with start times from 6:00 am and finish times up to 10:15 pm. Staff work one weekend in every three and receive two guaranteed days off per week. We are committed to supporting work-life balance through predictable and fair scheduling.
