In the role of Lifeguard, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the safety of our swimming customers by providing lifeguard support
Meeting and greeting customers, checking them into the centre for activities
Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the day’s programme needs
Maintaining the centre’s hygiene and cleanliness standards

The ideal Lifeguard will have:

An RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification or a commitment to obtaining one before starting.

Working Pattern
Our lifeguards work on a rota basis over a two- to three-week cycle. This includes a mix of early and late shifts, with start times from 6:00 am and finish times up to 10:15 pm. Staff work one weekend in every three and receive two guaranteed days off per week. We are committed to supporting work-life balance through predictable and fair scheduling.
