Tottenham Hotspur.The RoleWe’re currently recruiting a Lead Physical Performance Coach within our Professional Girls Academy to lead in the development and implementation of the physical performance strategy, aligned with the Women’s first team.About YouLead the provision of an integrated physical performance service programme in the PGA, assisting with duties in the Women’s first team when required.Work alongside the Women’s First Team PPCs to align the PGA with the first team and ensure a streamlined performance support provision throughout all age groups.Evaluate and assess Women’s PGA players to ensure they are meeting the physical requirements of the next level.Collaborate with the injury management team to deliver S&C programmes that contribute to the rehabilitation of injury and return to play.Monitor the growth and maturation of the players in the PGA squads.Plan and deliver field and gym-based sessions for PGA players, including multi-sport exposure, ensuring a high standard of service.Collect, analyse and report daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance data of all PGA players.Display evidence of continued professional development and utilise this to provide ideas of research-based innovative, practical strategies that are tailored to elite footballers.Any other adhoc duties as deemed necessary by the Lead physical performance coach.The Tottenham Hotspur WayIs to push harder, rise higher and forge greater.
