In 2025, our team successfully delivered over 50 mass participation events across the UK and as far afield as Rajasthan, empowering more than 60,000 people to discover what they’re truly capable of.
Along the way, these events raised over £16 million for charity.
2026 is set to be another significant year of growth with our public events in double-digit growth and multiple new brand partnerships and high-profile clients coming on board.


Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a new Business Administration Manager to join us at our Brighton HQ. They will sit at the heart of the business supporting the team to deliver some of the most exciting events in the world.

The Business Administration Manager sits at the heart of the company over-seeing the smooth delivery of key business administration.

It’s best suited to someone with a love of administrative efficiency combined with strong interpersonal relationships to ensure people adhere to the systems and processes they are responsible for.

The growth of the company and breadth of the role means that there will potentially be scope to develop a greater role in either HR or finance functions.

Your main tasks

- Facilities: Oversight of office administration ranging from tenancy admin through to inboxes and ensuring a welcoming environment
- People: Managing HR admin such as payroll, contracts, training, on and off-boarding, rewards and recruitment
- Finance: Basic bookkeeping using Xero and our event payment system (Equals), and liaison with payments and banking
- IT: Working closely with our external support team to ensure hardware and software requirements are in hand

Your profile

- Planning and organising: setting objectives, planning, managing time, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to processes. Able to work independently and know when to escalate issues appropriately
- Adapting and coping: Flexing and responding to change, accepting new ideas, adapting interpersonal style, dealing with ambiguity.
- Leading and supervising: providing direction and coordinating action, supervising and monitoring behaviour, coaching, delegating, empowering staff.

This experience will also be useful:

- Handling sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with HiBob or similar HR platform
- Previous experience in business administration, HR or Finance management role
- Excel - Intermediate

What we offer

THE CORE PACKAGE

- Salary: £35k to £45k per annum
- Bonus: Potential for performance and company-related bonuses
- Holiday: 28 days (inc. bank holidays) plus time off between Christmas & New Year
- Pension: 5% employer contribution
- Location: Brighton
- Reporting to: Chief Client Officer
- Start date: February 2026 onwards
