This is an important role where you’ll help uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, governance and compliance across Yorkshire’s cricket network.Reporting to the Head of Safe and Fair Cricket, you will coordinate key compliance functions across the Foundation and the wider cricket network. Your responsibilities will include managing DBS checks, maintaining training records, conducting policy reviews, and overseeing reporting and audit processes to ensure safeguarding best practice is consistently applied. You’ll also help maintain risk registers and compliance logs, ensuring that learning is captured and shared to continually improve standards.You’ll work closely with internal departments, cricket clubs and leagues, and external stakeholders to ensure that the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation meets and exceeds expectations set by the ECB, the Charity Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
