Job Description: THE OPPORTUNITY
A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our Cricket department as we look to recruit a Cricket Operations Coordinator. This role will provide support and resilience to the Cricket Operations function across the Men’s XI, Women’s XI and Talent Pathway. This role will positively contribute towards the overall success of the teams by providing operational and administrative support.

Reporting to the Men's Cricket Operations Manager, this role will involve:
- Providing match day support to both the Men's and Women's Cricket Operations Manager when required
- Assist with key pre-season tasks such as kit preparation and distribution ahead of and throughout the season
- Help with key administrative tasks such as travel, accommodation and other logistical support
- Provide support to the Talent Pathway as and when required

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
- Demonstrable experience of providing operational support within a complex and high performance environment
- Previous experience of using problem solving skills in a high-pressure environment to resolve any issues which arise quickly and effectively.
- Previous experience in dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Can demonstrate experience in providing an innovative, collaborative and supportive approach to logistical excellence within a professional environment
- Previous experience of working and meeting deadlines within an ever changing environment
