Dragons Pathway Operations Lead Organisation The Welsh Netball Association Salary £28,081 - £32,240 Location Cardiff Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 13 July 2026 Interview date 20 July 2026 Job Description The Pathway Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational planning and delivery of the NSL, NXT Gen and Pathway programmes, ensuring all activity is delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with the strategic direction set by the CEO and Franchise Director.
