We are seeking an experienced and values-led Non-Executive Director of Performance to join the Wales Netball Board, as part of this role you will also sit on our subsidiary Board for Welsh Dragons. This strategic leadership role is critical in guiding our professionalisation journey and support both the Welsh Feathers and Dragons to successfully compete on the world-stage. As part of our Board, you will bring performance expertise to help shape proportionate, evidence-informed performance decisions, ensuring we operate and uphold the highest standards of sports integrity in accordance with the Good Governance Codes, UK and World Anti-Doping Codes, company law, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements. You will act as a performance ambassador for Wales Netball and Dragons, championing our vision while contributing to a strong, inclusive and effective Board environment. All Directors act as safeguarding ambassadors for the organisations and support each other to develop and deliver a ‘safer first’ mindset when decision making.
