Job Description: Team Warwick are excited to be adding this additional role to their team through the recruitment of a Club Development Officer. This fast paced, student facing role provides an opportunity for someone to combine a passion for sport and physical activity, competitive sport and sport development.

As Club Development Officer you will deliver and develop a Club Development Programme for the wide range of Sports Clubs which supports raising standards across clubs and provides tangible benefits for their members as well as focussed guidance and support for the executive committees of the Clubs.

You will proactively support the growth and development of the club infrastructure, including supporting funding applications and links with National Governing Bodies. You will work in conjunction with the Club and Performance Sport Manager in this work.

You will be the key liaison role between the Students’ Union, Warwick Sport and the Sports Clubs to ensure the successful operational delivery of Sports Club administration and communications across Team Warwick.

Experience of sports development or a sports related degree would give you valuable skills to be effective in this role but neither are essential and you should refer to the job description for the full list of criteria that support excellence in the role.
