Junior Strength and Conditioning Coach (Fixed Term, Part Time) Organisation The University of Nottingham Salary £24727 - £27720 pro rata, if applicable, depending on skills and experience Location University Park, Nottingham Contract type Fixed Term (Part time) Closing date 2 November 2025 Job Description University of Nottingham Sport is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the delivery of strength and conditioning services to University of Nottingham sports teams. In this role, you will collaborate with other members of the strength and conditioning team, coaches, and external partners to enhance the student sporting experience. A typical day may include (but is not limited to): Delivering strength and conditioning sessions to University of Nottingham student athletes.Supporting the running of the strength and conditioning facility with leading drop-in sessions, maintaining the facility and equipment.Supporting the delivery to para-sport student athletes and the department knowledge base of para-S&C.Contributing to strategic projects that enhance student experience and athlete performance at University of Nottingham.This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed term role, and some evening and weekend work may be required to meet the needs of performance sport programs.
