Your role will involve patient assessment, planning, and delivering personalised treatment programs while working closely with our inhouse team and other healthcare professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patients' well-being and grow within a dynamic private practice environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:1. Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.2. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans that focus on patient outcomes.3. Lead CPD sessions and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and skills to improve clinical standards.4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral networks to ensure holistic patient care.5. Play a role in the development and implementation of new services and clinic offerings.6. Maintain up-to-date patient records, adhering to HCPC and CSP professional standards of care.7. Take part in case reviews, continuous professional development (CPD), and clinic audits.8. Lead small group sessions or classes (e.g., Reformer Pilates, rehabilitation sessions) as required.9. Actively contribute to the clinic’s mission of fostering a healthier community by helping people move, feel, and live better.10. Uphold the clinic's values: everyone matters, exceptional care, authenticity, and empowerment.11. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest developments in Physiotherapy by engaging in continuous learning, attending workshops, and seeking opportunities for professional growth both internally and externally.12. Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical standards in patient care, confidentiality, and interactions with colleagues and patients in line with the HCPC and GDPR requirements. 13. Marketing: Contributing to the visibility of the clinic and engaging with social media marketing, videos and imagery as requested. 14. Class preparation & delivery: Creating and planning engaging varied class content following the clinic themes and required standard. Delivering safe, fun, engaging, progressive classes. 15.
