Project Support Coordinator Organisation The Professional Footballers Association Salary Competitive remuneration package plus generous benefits Location The PFA, London Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 29 October 2025 Job Description PURPOSE AND SCOPEPosition Type: Full timeLocation: London officeSalary: Competitive remuneration package plus generous benefitsAs Project Support Coordinator you will provide cross-departmental support for day-to-day PFA activities.You will manage and respond to day-to-day Accident Fund, Subscriptions and Boot Voucher queries, which will involve regularly engaging with PFA members and key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will also assist with the annual PFA Awards.You will use our CRM system to make sure data and information is accessible and processes are followed. You will be used to working in a customer-focused and deadline driven environment. Good at coordinating multiple projects, you will be comfortable working with external partners and building effective relationships. A proficient user of MS Office, you will have an eye for detail and experience of updating system databases. You must also work well as part of a team, respond quickly to changing priorities and be able to communicate effectively both face-to-face and in writing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and provide specialised support to PFA members specifically on the Accident Fund, Subscriptions and Boot Vouchers.Provide effective project delivery support and co-ordination for nominated areas of work.Coordination and communication of interdepartmental tasks and processes.Build relationships to ensure a sound understanding of project needs and expectations.Update and maintenance of CRM system.Review, create and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness.Assist departments with continual improvement.Provide assistance to the business in the execution of daily tasks.Perform research tasks and contact stakeholders for relevant information.Any other administrative tasks as assigned.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSEssential SkillsProven administration experience within a busy customer focused environment.Experience of providing support to specific projects and associated tasks.Experience of utilising databases for keeping records.Experience of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).Experience of coordinating work with external partners.Experience of organising events.Experience of monitoring budget.Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships internally.Ability to complete priorities, achieve targets and respond quickly and flexibly to changing needs and demands.Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines.Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks.Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals.Effectively contributes and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.Positive and self-motivated attitude.Creative mindset.Ability to multitask.Approachable and low-ego personality.High level of integrity and confidentiality.DesirableAdditional spoken language skills.Experience of working in professional football or other sports.A passion for football.The PFA is an equal opportunities employer.
