This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience within a leading co-educational boarding school renowned for sporting excellence and pupil development.Working under the guidance of the Head of Performance and Director of Sport, you will support the delivery of a dynamic athletic development programme across a wide range of sports and age groups. The role includes assisting with strength and conditioning sessions, performance testing, athlete monitoring and the development of age-appropriate training programmes focused on movement, speed, agility, strength and injury reduction.You will also contribute to the school’s Games programme, support high-performance athletes, and play an active role in the wider boarding and co-curricular life of the school.
