This role will be responsible for connecting our Content and Commercial teams to create best-in-class branded content on behalf of our partners within the Barclays WSL, Barclays WSL2 and the Subway Women's League Cup.Women's Super League Football governs the top two tiers of women's professional football in England. This role will play a crucial part in delivering personalised and innovative digital experiences, engaging our passionate, diverse, and growing audience. About the role The Commercial Content Producer will become the trusted advisor to our partners both prospect and current, across our digital channels. The role involves end-to-end support and execution from the first meeting of a potential partner, to delivering thorough reports for partners to demonstrate the outcomes of their digital activity to support their wider partnership ambitions. You will be the partner expert understanding their objectives and translating them into content and delivering reports to be constantly improving for future campaigns. You'll work with our production and content teams to produce the content and will be responsible for briefing the players involved in the content too. This role will be fully integrated into both the Content and Commercial teams and be present in both team meetings but will report into the Content Manager. Location This role will operate on a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week based at our office in Farringdon, Central London, and 3 days working from home. What will you be doing?Become the expert in our partners. Learning their business priorities and broader objectives, as well as understanding their digital rights and collaborating with them to create content that fits for all parties.Digital rights mapping to ensure partner rights are delivered effectively and around key milestones (both league-related and brand-related) to maximise impact.Lead internal and external ideation sessions with cross-team collaboration to inspire new ideas for both prospective and current partners.Support the Commercial team to develop compelling propositions for prospects, with ability to understand brand objectives and existing marketing activity and propose insight-led content ideas.Work alongside our production, content and social media teams to coordinate and produce branded content in line with their digital rights. Work alongside our social media agency to ensure that social best practice is maintained and schedules align with both content and partners.Create monthly KPI tracking reports across digital content and report back to partners.As part of the Women's Super League Football's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. Essential for the role:A creative mind to think about how we can activate partnerships in a unique way.Strong project management skills to coordinate production shoots and keep partners informed along the journey.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Someone who can interrogate a brief with a balanced mindset between partner and social priorities and deliver clear feedback to the relevant parties when required.Has an understanding of all stages of production and social media best practice.Experience working within commercial content.Content creation live at matches and ad-hoc partner events including on weekends and evenings. Beneficial to have:Experience having worked in-house at a brand or at an agency on behalf of a brand or within the Sport/Entertainment industry (not necessarily within women's football).Understanding of paid media.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop & After Effects).
