Job Description: Tennis Wales is looking to recruit a dynamic, passionate and representative from South Wales (who must be a member of a registered place to play within the region) to join the Tennis Wales Board as a Director. Ideally the applicant would have professional qualifications or experience in: Human Resources, Employment Law or the Welsh Language, though applications are welcome from professionals with qualifications or experience in other areas that would benefit the Board. As well as being a Director of Tennis Wales Ltd, the applicant will also liaise with or can opt to join the South Wales Tennis Committee, with a focus on delivering our strategy.

This is a non-salaried position. Travel and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed for attendance at official meetings and events on behalf of Tennis Wales. The Tennis Wales Board meets five times a year across Wales. The term of office is for three years initially (following formal election at the next South Wales Annual Open Meeting in November) with a maximum of two, three-year terms.
