Job Description: The Padel Partner will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Padel to implement and deliver the padel strategy in Scotland. The role requires expert planning, communication and collaboration with the need to engage and influence partners.

The successful candidate will capitalise on padel’s increased profile and visibility, working to grow participation and a sustainable workforce, while strengthening the competition structure and performance player pathway.

They will join an ambitious, confident national governing body aiming to engage everyone involved in tennis and padel to create investment and growth, ensuring a sustainable and healthy future for Scottish tennis and padel.
