Job Description: With over 300,000 users, Teamo is expanding rapidly. We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to help us grow our presence in new and existing markets. If you have a passion for people, a love of sports, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! This role is suitable for a graduate or those with similar experience.

Key Responsibilities

Building, maintaining and developing relationships as the account lead for key customers.
Provide support to customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
Assisting new customers with implementation.
Gathering feedback from customers and translating requirements into actionable work items to improve customer experience.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features according to customer needs.
Identifies new business opportunities among existing customers.
Proactively and assertively resolve client problems/issues and requirements to ensure the satisfaction of all parties.
Day to day ownership of internal and external communications channels, producing and implementing content plans and delivering content.
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence across social media platforms.
Represent the voice of the customer in product development meetings.

About You

A confident and articulate communicator, both verbal and written.
Skilled in interpersonal communication, whether via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly organised, with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Confident computer skills
Passionate about sports, especially grassroots and community-level initiatives.
