Senior Programmes & Partnerships Manager (FTC) Organisation Table Tennis England Salary £40-42k (pro rata) Location Hybrid – with 1 day per fortnight in our Milton Keynes Head Office Contract type Fixed Term (Full time) Closing date 2 November 2025 Interview date 13 November 2025 Job Description Reporting to the Director of Development, the Senior Programmes & Partnerships Manager will be a key member of the Development Team. The role will oversee our U11 programme, manage existing partnerships and explore new opportunities which align with our direction of travel, as well as key parts of the Level the Table strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of table tennis in England. This maternity cover role will be key in continuing to support and progress partnerships which are opening the sport to new audiences, as well as exploring new partner opportunities. The role will lead the direction of our youth programme at a crucial time in its growth and development in schools and clubs, working closely with performance and coaching to ensure a streamlined pathway. The role will also explore ways to be further the inclusion of our sport, creating opportunities in table tennis for women and girls as well as people with long term health conditions and/or disabilities.
