Job Description
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated
marketing campaigns to grow participation,
membership, and brand reach.
• Drive the promotion and coverage of key
events, ensuring a strong brand presence,
creating engaging, multi-channel content
before, during, and after events.
• Develop and deliver impactful partner
activations, working with sponsors and
stakeholders to maximise engagement and
value.
• Shape the brand direction and oversee the
creation of consistent, high-quality creative
outputs across all channels.
• Support Table Tennis England’s digital
transformation working closely with the Digital
Product Manager and other team members
to ensure the new membership platform
communicates effectively, is visually and
functionally optimised, ensuring automated
communications are integrated and
performing correctly.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of
campaigns, tracking performance, optimising
delivery, and reporting on outcomes.
• Collaborate with the wider team and external
agencies to align campaign activity with the
organisation’s goals.
• Line manage the Senior Design & Marketing
Officer, Digital Content Creator, and
Digital Engagement Executive, supporting
development and performance.
• Manage the campaign budget, ensuring
efficient and effective use of resources.
• Manage and continually optimise all paid and
organic media campaigns.
• Drive innovation and continual improvement
in marketing tactics and campaign delivery.
Proven experience leading multi-channel
marketing campaigns that drive measurable
results.
• Strong understanding of brand management,
audience engagement, and campaign
execution.
• Experience managing and developing
creative and content teams.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships
with commercial partners and sponsors
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking
and optimising campaign performance.
•Excellent organisational, project management,
and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to
work across teams and with external partners.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and
external agencies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools,
platforms, and analytics
