Marketing and Campaigns Manager Organisation Table Tennis England Salary £35,000 - £40,000 Location Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in our Milton Keynes Head Office Contract type (Full time) Closing date 1 August 2025 Interview date 4 August 2025 Job Description • Lead the planning and delivery of integratedmarketing campaigns to grow participation,membership, and brand reach.• Drive the promotion and coverage of keyevents, ensuring a strong brand presence,creating engaging, multi-channel contentbefore, during, and after events.• Develop and deliver impactful partneractivations, working with sponsors andstakeholders to maximise engagement andvalue.• Shape the brand direction and oversee thecreation of consistent, high-quality creativeoutputs across all channels.• Support Table Tennis England’s digitaltransformation working closely with the DigitalProduct Manager and other team membersto ensure the new membership platformcommunicates effectively, is visually andfunctionally optimised, ensuring automatedcommunications are integrated andperforming correctly.• Manage the day-to-day operations ofcampaigns, tracking performance, optimisingdelivery, and reporting on outcomes.• Collaborate with the wider team and externalagencies to align campaign activity with theorganisation’s goals.• Line manage the Senior Design & MarketingOfficer, Digital Content Creator, andDigital Engagement Executive, supportingdevelopment and performance.• Manage the campaign budget, ensuringefficient and effective use of resources.• Manage and continually optimise all paid andorganic media campaigns.• Drive innovation and continual improvementin marketing tactics and campaign delivery.Proven experience leading multi-channelmarketing campaigns that drive measurableresults.• Strong understanding of brand management,audience engagement, and campaignexecution.• Experience managing and developingcreative and content teams.• Ability to develop strong working relationshipswith commercial partners and sponsors• Analytical mindset with experience trackingand optimising campaign performance.•Excellent organisational, project management,and communication skills.• Strong collaboration skills with the ability towork across teams and with external partners.• Experience managing marketing budgets andexternal agencies.• Knowledge of digital marketing tools,platforms, and analytics How to apply Please send your CV and covering letter to – hr@tabletennisengland.co.uk Share X LinkedIn Email
