Job Description: The Director of Development is a pivotal leadership role at Table Tennis England, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your profile and shape the sport nationally. You will lead the Development Directorate, covering grassroots participation, clubs, competitions, workforce, and the Area team.

You’ll drive the execution of our Table Tennis United strategy, oversee strategic planning and delivery, and manage key partnerships, including with Sport England. A key focus will be leveraging the 2026 World Table Tennis Team Championships in London to create lasting impact.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll model strong leadership, inspire high-performing teams, and uphold our values. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll manage a significant budget and lead a team of senior managers and 15 staff.

We’re seeking an experienced senior leader with a strong background in sport development and programme delivery.
