Contract type Volunteer Closing date 2 July 2025 Interview date 11 July 2025 Job Description This year we are due to appoint two Non-Executive Directors, and the Board is looking to strengthen its skills, experience and knowledge in the following areas;FINANCEExperience and Expertise: An expert in financial accounting, analysis, and reporting with an accounting qualification. Proficiency in areassuch as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and analysis (E)Board Advisory Committee: Previous experience as Chair of a Finance and Audit Committee (D)LEGALExperience and Expertise: Extensive experience in the legal field, possessing strong knowledge of governance.
