Your CV and any additional supporting evidence will also be attached and made available to the hiring manager.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Assessment and Resulting Administrator to join the Institute of Swimming Quality Team.This role plays a vital part in ensuring learner results are accurately processed and submitted to awarding organisations so certificates can be issued correctly and on time. Accuracy is critical — this is a process-driven, data-focused role where attention to detail and confidence working with structured information are essential.Reporting to the Assessment & Resulting Leader, you will work closely with another administrator and wider quality colleagues to review course paperwork, identify and resolve errors, and ensure all certification data meets awarding organisation requirements.This role involves primarily written communication and minimal telephone work. It is not a customer-service-led role, but it does require clear, professional communication with learners, tutors and awarding bodies.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:- Communicate effectively with the tutor workforce to ensure all required course paperwork is received for Institute of Swimming training programmes- Review, quality-check and administer course paperwork to enable timely processing of learner results- Process learner results for certification in line with awarding organisation processes and procedures- Ensure all resulting and certification administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales- Identify errors or missing information and proactively liaise with tutors, learners or awarding bodies to resolve issues- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems- Use clear, concise written communication when dealing with internal and external stakeholders- Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, in line with organisational policies and procedures Skills and ExperienceEssential- Strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Confident IT skills, including experience using word processing, spreadsheets and databases- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight deadlines- Experience of working to defined processes and procedures- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team Desirable- Knowledge of Institute of Swimming training programmes- Experience working within education, training or awarding environments- Understanding of quality assurance or certification processesGCSE grade A–C (or equivalent) in English and MathsPlease be advised that we cannot offer visa sponsorship and that you must have right to work in the UK to apply or be considered for this role.
