Job Description: Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.

We are seeking a Club Development & Support Manager (Governance) to lead the development of Swim England’s national approach to club governance and compliance.

This role will strengthen club culture, support safe and inclusive environments, and drive sustainable, future-focused change across the aquatic club network through collaborative leadership.
